Kenwood 6050 I am going crazy

Many folks don't have the correct tool to wind the wire back on the pin, so soldering is the way to go. That also lets you know that somebody has been working in that area before you.
 
So it may not be a wire connection to the pin, but what about the connection from the pin to chassis ground? If the voltage from leg to leg is about 70VAC, the center tap must be half of that. Measure directly at the wire going to the transformer if possible. Then it might be informative to measure the resistance (power off) from the wire to chassis ground. Something there is amiss.

Thanks for the info. But wire wraps in this case and many similar amps are large gauge (16 or 18) solid wire, and are harder to get solid connections with hand wrap tools, so people either unsolder the wire wrap pins, or solder the wires back on.
