Kenwood Basic C2 Preamplifier Restoration/Upgrade

after seeing that thread it gave me some ideas that someday I will do I'm thinking Black Cherry or Royal Purple or maybe pure white I don't know yet but it will come to me
 
This is related to the C2 and C1 so I will post it here and hope I don't piss anyone off. I am reading the owners manuals of these two pre amps correctly ?? Far as I can see the C2's output is 1000mv and the C1's is MAX. 5 volts ????
 
I pulled the owners manuals up again and it states C2's output is 1000 mv at 100 Ohms. C1's output is 1V at less than 600 Ohms. 5 Volt MAX.
 
One of these just popped up here locally, what's the going rate for these preamps? Local has it listed for $250 and he is including a capacitor kit. Is it possible to run multiple amps with the single output?
 
I would not pay that unless I really loved it. It would need to almost still be in the box. That's my take anyhow. In order to rebuild one it takes many hours to actually do it 100 % right.
 
I wish I knew where people here get their killer deals on equipment lol, seems like I can only come across equipment that's priced by weight in gold!!

JK, I shoudn't complain too much. I got my two Yamaha amps for $200 each, a decent price from what I can tell, at least compared to what they go for on fleebay.

Prices vary I picked one up about a month a go for $60 untouched about a month ago look on an APP called offerup I have found 3 so far on there app
 
yeah I like the offerup if I find its a great place to buy but not to sell something on there I save it and wait after a while people start dropping prices thats when I jump in and get what i'm looking for I picked up a Dual CS 505-3 for $40 I picked up a Pioneer RT-1020h for $20 both were in need of minor repairs and belts
