Kenwood KA-3500 loose ground wire?

I trash picked a ka-3500 with several issues--

but first--there are three black wires attached to pin 3 on the power amp board:
one runs to pin 21 on the large preamp board,
one runs to pin 10 on the main amp board,
and where does the third go? It is long, and I assume goes to the back right of the amp--but it is loose in my amp.

Can you post a pic of the wire in context of the amp that you are talking of? near where the wire terminates you may see or find a tag or post where the wire should be connected. Sometimes you get lucky and you can see where it has broken off.

The final black ground wire connects to Pin 11 of the main amp board (there are two black wires that connect here) right between the two main filter capacitors.
