Kenwood KA-6100 input switch

I have a noisy input selector switch on my KA-6100. Tried cleaning it but it is still noisy. Where can I find a replacement or what is the part number?

With what sort of contact cleaner did you try cleaning it? It can make a difference...

It's Radio Shack contact & head cleaner (44-8726), made in Canada

Get a can of DeOxit D5 and try that before seeking out an organ donor and going through the machinations of replacing a switch.

It really is better than the "brand X" contact spray... been there, done that.

The RatShack cleaner could contain anything, ranging from real cleaner to aardvark urine.

Buy something decent like DeOxit, and give it a good cleaning.
