It has been years since I had a 7300 here on the bench. There's a fuse in there somewhere...you get to find it.

I have one of these sitting in a box in the basement. It does not power up at all. No relay click. no front indicator light on. When I attached a dim bulb tester to it and it makes a 100 w bulb go bright and down to nothing indicating no shorts or open circuits. Checked all voltages on the PS and Pwr. amp boards fuse and they are correct. Rail voltages are all 50v at all touch points. Relay checks OK. Go figure
