There are very few working components that would be worth less than that. More than fair. I'd buy it straight away.

Check ebay; that's a pretty popular amp and there should be several completed auctions that can give you an idea as to value. I suspect that the Kenwood is a much better buy, though.

I found one of these for 50 euro last week, in very good cosmetic condition. It was stored at an attic or so for at least 25 years. I've cleaned the amp from dust and set the dc offset to13mv as described
Hooked it up to my test speakers and it works
The balance pot was dirty, after a clean with Deoxit this was solved.
It might need a recap considering this amp is almost 40 years old, can be a nice project for me.

This amp surprised me, seems nothing wrong with it. Connect it with Magnat ribbon 4.
Produce a clean powerful sound. I think i keep him for a while
By taking a closer look the big Elna caps have that corrosive glue an one jumper next to them have a little oxidation
I didn't measure the ESR yet
