Agree with the masses, a tad too much in today's time. But, they are worth a gazillion dollars in sound.

I wouldn't sell a pair of good condition oiled walnut for less than that, and St. Louis isn't a thriving market for these. The last set of similar Cwalls on EBay in Wisconsin just sold for $700, with replacement fabric being loose, and no emblems. A real nice set currently on the clock is over $1100.

It's all about condition. My Cornwalls look brand new. And I just upgraded with new Bob Crites Crossovers. I too would not sell for less than $850. And I know
two buyers who have said if I ever sell at that price to let them know.

In my opinion, $1,880 is still a good price, concidering the beauty, rarety, collectibility, visual impression (monster size), etc. of prestine Cornwall. In my local Craigslist there's no any monster Klipsch models for at least last 3 years.
