LF Transducers & Crown D150a

Hello all, long story short I am needing a way to properly produce 16hz, most woofers simply don't seem to be able to respond at that low a frequency. I plan to purchase a low frequency transducer and either mount it to a stud in my house or to the raised floor and power it off of a d150a II power amplifier in bridged-mono. I've found somewhere that its max output at 1kHz is 315W at 8ohm in bridge-mono mode, does that mean the max is 630W at 4ohm? If so what is the RMS? I'm mostly just trying to find a transducer that can be properly powered by this amp. Thanks for your help!

In bridged mode running 8 Ω speakers the amplifier would see 4 Ω. If running 4 Ω it would see a 2Ω load.
I apologise for my confusion, so since the amp is called a d150a I'm assuming each channel is probably around 75watts rms... So bridged and running a load at 8Ω would be 150w rms... which the amp would see as 4Ω so it would be doubled being 300w rms. But since the load I would be running would actually be 4Ω and the amp would see it as 2Ω would it be able to provide 600w rms? 16hz is really on the very low end of what would probably be asked of this transducer it would mostly be there to make up for what the diapraghm of a woofer cant produce. Im building a half digital/analog pipe organ and can't fit 32foot pipes in my house :rflmao:

I had a Crown DC300A for several years, so I assume the D150 would be similar, but half the power. The DC300A was rated at 155 wpc @8 ohms and 240 wpc @4 ohms. I say rated load because the spec sheet that came with the amp only had a check mark to show that those power specs were achieved. A tested DC300A was closer to 200 wpc @8 ohms and 300 wpc @4 ohms. These specs were in stereo mode. I don't recall the bridged mono power ratings, but they were probably higher.
