    DigiKey has NTE 2N3585 for $15/5 pack (here; datasheet). Mouser has Microchip 2N3585 for $31/each (here) or Central Semi for $12/each (here). Newark doesn't have any. Would you get either of the above, or find a suitable substitute NPN TO66 2A / 300V driver instead? If so ... what? I can't...
