The padlock with the gold triangular warning is saying there is still mixed content; i.e., there are still http links mixed in, which are considered "unsecure."
 
Well understood!!!! I learned more about FF in the last month and a half than I ever wanted to know!!! The image portion of AK seems not to be the secure part... I got a virus while trying to change pages last time I was logged on... stayed in touch with some AK members thru another forum since then... I belong to 2 other forums which recently switched over to HTTPs/Xenforo, and they work flawlessly,,, I think the FF unsecure warning is because its still seeing AK as "mixed content"...
 
Seems I cant edit the last post,,, But to stay in the design of this thread, my workaround, for now is to log in briefly if possible, and see if FF sees AK as secure, and delete AK history after each session till it is,...

Can't be fixed without all the sites/content that are linked here go SSL capable and more than a few are not SSL

XenForo has a proxy feature that takes care of that. Would increase bandwidth and server load though.
