Welcome to AK, enjoy your time here. You may not know but Rudy Bozak voiced his speaker designs with McIntosh amps and he and Frank McIntosh were friends.

The 2505 & C26 were the first Mac components I bought back in 71. The 2505 is acknowledged by many as one of the best sounding amps they produced. I still have mine and it still sounds great to me. I keep it as a backup and for sentimental reasons.
