I know there is some age on this thread, but was wondering if anyone had heard any resolution to this issue? Tried messaging smurfer77 directly, and have not heard back, but I have this exact same issue with my Luxman SQ-38FD mkII, with the extra added stress of a very, very, low audible output on the right channel. I have read later threads from smurfer77 where he states that he sold off his Luxmans due to a move. As of yet, I have not started troubleshooting my attenuated right channel since the severely swollen cap (80v 470uf) has my attention first. Any help with the cap(s) sourcing, or troubleshooting, would be greatly appreciated!
