Looking to replace Empire TT feet

I have an Empire 298 with original feet that are worn to the point of being able to see the mounting nail head. I need some ideas for replacement. Better isolation might be good and the ability to level would be nice but I can always level the shelf.

I think they look great with the brass spikes. You can get small metal cups that fit the spikes if you're worried about damaging the shelf the TT sits on...
