Lookjng for power supply onky receiver

Hi there

I am looking for a new power supply for my onkyo receiver. Or a replacement.

Model HT-R693 that is a number for the complete set with speakers. I was already looking and the receiver model is HT-S7705

After a few minutes 10 to 20 minutes sometimes longer the power supply is making some noise starting from soft to loud. Some kind of resonating or ...

I am looking for so long. I found one supplier but delivery time unkown and not sure if it comes. I have to pay first to order. For something that is not sure if it comes.

What do you mean by "power supply"?

The power supply consists of rectifier/diodes, power transformer, and filter capacitors.

Which part of the power supply is making noise? If the unit is working fine, then it just might be that the power transformer itself needs to be tightened down a little more. Sometimes power transformer laminates can vibrate or buzz which can be annoying but there is actually nothing wrong with the transformer itself.

If you don't know what you are doing, take it to someone who does.

Thank you for response it is the transformer it self. I do know a little bit of elektronics. I am a elektricieen and do and elektronics for fun.

I will try tighten the power supply. I will let know. I just thinking noise not good replace the sh*t fun.

The receiver is working just fine no problems at all. Every sound mode and high volume no problems.
