No experience with fires. But had two sewer backup events within a month. Restoration company made bigggggggg profits off of them. Was just unskilled labor for removal.
Even if you get the $$ to rebuild. The process is a lot of stress.
I hope the "replacement value" works to your advantage, as a silver lining to a terrible event.
