Plop a ESS Heil tweeter on top of them. They could use more highs but the bass and mids are fine.

Nice set of ML-4s. Biggest of the series. Hope you wore a belly belt when you moved them. To get the most out of them you will need the accessory equalizer. Each model in the series was designed to be used with 1. The were several models and depending on budget and the amount of critical listening dictated which you'd buy.

They are not mine,,they are in audiogon for sale...I was considering them. The guy doesnt have the EQ box though/

Sold for $600. Maybe I am biased but I think that was one heck of a deal considering. Sort of like finding a set of Advent Loudspeakers for $50.
