I am looking for the Info on PB-647 Power Supply Adjustments. As this was posted #26 and #27.

SM does have PB-649 Power Board for Idle and Offset.

What happened? We are anxious to hear how things turned out. :D

I finished re-capping mine and am having some trouble with the amp section shorting out. Not sure what's up.

Hope yours fared better!

Everything is Good....Just completed a Marantz 1060...and starting Luxman LV-105U, 2230, SX-1250.

It never stops......

It's been a while....I will be replacing the "Saturn Rockets" with a Nice set of:

Vishay/BC 15000uf/100v

Will be using the Original Brackets...Need to get some Pipe Foam
to fit around the Caps.

I am enjoying the Luxman Sound. Love It!!!!

OK...Main Caps in and Working...

I used PVC pipe and Window Tape to fit the New Caps. Was going to drill new holes into the Frame to install New Claps...but

It's SOO nice when New Main Caps are installed. Cleaner Sound, Solid Bass thru Treble. It's like taken a Blanket off the Speakers.

Well....This will wrap up the L-100U.

Cohibajoe....nice restore of the L100. I am doing a restrore of an L100 too.....almost finished.
Can you remember how you set the bias? The small metal jumper....does it really have to be removed? the SM is not clear on this.....
Also....dc offset......measure at the speaker terminals....no volume...aux....0v..?

it is a nice amp, though a bit iffy to work on......

Hi CohibaJoe.
i have a Luxman L100u , few week ago , right channel has no sound. i open the case and clean every contact but no luck.
I don't know much about electric stuff. So can you tell me which part on the Amp make the right channel stop working?
what i should check and replace (like capacitor, resistor ......
Thank you very much
hope hear a good news from you soon
thank again

@quangvnnvn Check to see if the signal is getting through the relay. Do you have right channel signal at the tape outputs?

You should start your very own thread for this issue and folks will drop by and help if they can.

What board should i try to check first.
by the way
can you tell me how to create a thread please, i'm a newbee here.
thank you

In the forum you want to start a thread, you are looking at the page of thread titles. Just above the large print of the Forum Name (Solid State for this one) is a line that has Home>Forums>subdivision. for this forum it would read Audiokarma Audio Forums. To the right on this line is the Post New Thread box to click. The others are also links to that larger files.

Start that new thread and begin at the beginning with your issue, gear, symptoms, what you have done and the folks will help you out.
