Luxman owners can you share pics of your luxman equipment?

With touch mute and ventilation, so this is an amp, L-100 or L-110. The black ringed selector and volume control lead me to guess L-100, but there were scant few responses on the Yahoo Group about the all silver or black banded knobs when I asked about them, more specifically for the C then the L but it seems to have been a running change in production for both units as the C-1000 has been seen with either.

That is one nice looking Luxman! I bet it sounds real nice!

For anyone reading this post, I'm guessing ilusndweller is talking about each and every picture post!! There is a lot of great looking, great sounding Luxman gear out there and this thread has some very nice pictures. Sorry if I over-reached with the meaning of your post.

The interweb indicates the CX-100 was a 1984 offering. The info out there in cyberspace also talks about a 1983 Alpine purchase of Luxman. I have an RX-103 and the documents I've found do say Alpine but the unit was a 1983 offering so I believe Luxman designed and manufactured this unit as Alpine was taking over.

The MX-100, matching amp for the CX has an OM dated 3-84 and it also says a division of Alpine. But how could Alpine come in and 30 days later have their designs manufactured into products...didn't happen. These X units were Lux design and build with Alpine owning the company.
I purchased a restored CX-100 from a dealer last summer. My research brought me to the same conclusion.

M-2000 and C-1010 (preamp was purchased here on AK). I recently bought an M-02 to pair with my CX-100. I'll post some photos once it's back from its restoration. Not a great pic here, but I'm out of town and this is all I had on my laptop. I can't believe I hadn't stumbled upon this thread prior to today.

I like that 50th anniversary gear you have. Would love to find a nice M-4000 at the thrift or otherwise priced so I could afford it. The amp I own for that duty is part of three Citation pieces and they are well, ugly. Can't say it any other way.
