I was wondering if anyone could recommend what brand /type of replacement trimmer pot for the idling adjustment on the output boards for a Luxman R-117 amp. Thanks.

get the type that makes adjustment easy, i.e. the physical layout of the trimmer. Don't want to put one in that physically can not be adjusted when installed properly.
get the correct or close resistance. They don't offer the same Ω ratings as before in some cases so I just pick one the next step up.
CohibaJoe may have done this swap, others, too. I've done the R-1120 and am waiting for my R-117 to show up on CL or somewhere.

I am just putting together a Cap list. Let me see what I can find out about the Trimmers.

I've found a couple through Mouser. I can figure out the configuration but I'm not sure as to the voltage/wattage to use. Vishay has a 25 turn pot which I think I've seen used before in other vintage gear but I'm not sure about what voltage/wattage to use.
