My MA230 has a crusty volume control which I have sprayed about fifty times. Does anybody know where I can get replacment parts. The only thing I have came up with is having them custom made.. $$$$$$$

Have you called the factory and Audio Classics? Won't be cheap. They want $75 for a simple MC2105 on/off rotary switch. Also, ask Terry DeWick (see AC and Terry's adds below).
