Mackie ProFX12

Hi everyone! I am having an issue with my Mackie ProFX12 mixer. Basically, the lights just flash when I turn it on. I have replaced C9 and D4 which have made the blinking faster, so I think I'm getting closer to narrowing down my issue. Before I go replace each of the capacitors, does anyone know a way to "narrow it down" to figure out which I need to change? Here is another AK Thread that had a similar issue: https://audiokarma.org/forums/index...r-flashing-lights-power-supply-repair.863232/

Here is a video of what it is doing. The second video is the sound of the transformer clicking (doubt it helps but why not)
Thanks in advance!

Reading linked thread, it sounds like Bluelick had the same issue and fixed his by replacing the P.S. You might have a failed diode in the rectifier ckt. If practical, start at the out put of the PS and work your way back testing each component.
