The RS article also points out that another Young brother, George, had died in October. George was a member of the Easybeats, makers of the big 60s hit Friday's On My Mind. And that blows my mind... so much Aussie music in one family.

I remember buying 'for those about to rock; we salute you' on cassette from another kid in Jr High, (when it was new) It didn't 'do it' for me, but two years later, another friend played 'let there be rock' the concert for me, and that was all she wrote.

George was the one who introduced Bon Scott to Malcom, and encouraged him to join......

RIP Malcom!
RIP George!

I party with man after concert in Budapest long time ago.... tell me stories of Bon Scott and women. Will be missed.

Very sad news.......I'm thankful I got to see them in 81 and they put on a heck of a show.......my ears are still ringing

Really sad - really glad I got to see AC/DC in NZ a couple of years ago. Epic, huge show.
