Marantz 2220 complete rebuild

I have a 2220 which I have just started to rebuild. Right off the bat it appears that the P-700 board had a catastrophic incident. (See burn out on R739) I know the 2220 is a low end unit but I want to completely resurrect it as part of my learning. I have removed a few parts and most are dead... including the ever so delicate Black diodes (I hope I got that right).. are there any modern equivalents for these guys? I am going to remove and test each and every component on this board and start from scratch after my ventilation system arrives... (that should have top on my list of gadgets to buy when getting into this.) .. The 2SC1030's are toast as well.. any modern equivalent recommendations for them?... Thanks for everyones help.

The black diodes often do not register a diode voltage drop on a normal DMM. Mine read open from both ends but on an older dmm I had I found out they were good.
Be careful their leads are brittle and often break right at the body of the diode.

And the 2220 is definitely worth it, mine sounds wonderful after a full rebuild.
 
Good information. Handle with kid gloves. They read absolutely nothing, on my multimeter on ony mode resistance or diode. The 2 from my 2230 rebuild showed signs of life, however I didn't write down the information (which I am learning to do more thoroughly on each project) Believe it or not my brown 104m 200v caps are toast (I thought they could survive anything) ... (2) of the .05 ohm 3V resistors are reading dead too. Looks like Mouser will be getting a lot of business with this one.
 
Perhaps I'm using wrong words to describe these. Here are some pics. The .05 ohm 3v could be "emitters".. however there is a resistor insignia on the board. There are 4 of them. The 105M (after researching) is .1uf and it is a nonpolar 200v capacitor. There are 2 of them on my board and they have a non polar symbol on the board as well as the schematic. The closest replacement I can find is an Orange drop.

Typo.. sorry... getting foggy in my old age. I need a magnifying lense on my magnifying lense along with my readers... sheeesh. Also....I found these
2N3442G... as possible replacements for the 2SC1030's What's you opinion? The specs seem close.
