Hello AK'ers.
I AM restoring a 2250b, it was deeply damaged, but i decided to rescue it instead of parting it out.
I've finished the recap. And when i finally tested they left chanel sounds lower that right.
Amplifiers tested ok.
The preamp had crackles, but I repaired allá of then, chechked continuity on circuit tracks.
I measured voltages on HE01 & 02 (BA 312). BLACK to chassis, red to each pin, I found this:
PIN. HE01. HE01
1. 2.14. 2.32
2. 0.55. 0.55
3. 0.0068 0.0068
4 0.0006 0.0006
5. 0.707. 0.817
6. 12.40. 9.55
7. 33.95. 33.95
in 6, ( the out ) ba312 has a notable difference. I don't know why and i don't know if this difference is the culprit of the poor sounds on one channel.
As You can see, preamp is recaped following the post here, in AK.
Thank You in avance.
