No, I dont think I will. Most people on here are in the states and I'm in Europe. And I currently don't have more binding posts laying around.

There are already complete kits being sold on Ebay if you want to do the conversion.

Another alternative would be to order the 3D print from a shop and source the rest of the components yourself. You're close to Chicago so I would probably check with this guy : "3D Printing Chicago". He probably has the heat inserts for the screws as well.
 
Sorry but I'm very new to this. 3D Printing Chicago has a number of different materials to choose from. Do you have an opinion on which material is best?

No problem. The regular PLA is all that is needed.

When getting the binding posts it's important to get the same type as I have used. As seen in my link on Thingiverse. Otherwise they might not fit.
