Marantz 2385 no output on left channel of both Phono 1 and Phono 2

Just got back from a family trip. I'll be looking into this more tomorrow after work. Just wanted to update and not leave this thing hanging.

Ok, I feel like i am going backward. I have transformer noise. I cant figure out why. I noticed that the soft start relay was making a little noise and I could see that it was arcing in the slightest bit, so I removed it and cleaned the contacts. It always engaged and seemed to function properly, but the contacts were a bit burnt. After cleaning and replacing it works and doesn't make any noise or arcing. Transformer is still making noise. I took voltage measurements on the Power Supply board in AC and DC. Do these look correct?
I am getting a bit lost as to where to continue looking. I still have off measurements on a couple Transistors on the Poser Supply board as well and have had no luck tracing down that problem either. I assume the transformer noise and transistor voltage issues are related. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. ugE9QU2SSNu5V2Zt7nEjsA.jpg

Ok, soo...I have been trying to figure this transformer noise problem out and finally took it to the local repair tech to have a look and what would you know...It is dead silent on his bench. We fiddled with it for a while to no avail. I bring it home, plug her in and push the power button, bam transformer noise. I fiddle around for awhile and take it back by his shop with a video demonstrating the problem. We plug it in on his bench and, once again, silent. He looks for a bit and says probably the transformer is loose and having mechanical hum that is intermittent. I bring it home and there it is the second I power it up. I thought this must be a problem with my power. So I try different circuits in my house, my patio, my barn, my garage...all the same, noise! I then run an extension cord from my brothers house in the back that has a different power meter (completely separate from my house) and what do ya know, silent. plug it back into my house, noise, back into the extension cord, silent!!!

I would be interested to see what other 2385 owners read on the power supply pins, if there are any ambitious owners out there, let me know.
