Excellent for those wanting a Marantz but seems to be Marantz Taxed since its performance specs are not quite up to the Pioneer PL-112D, a respected lower level Pioneer that can be had for a c-note less. But we will see what comments follow.

Vinyl veneer. That price is in the 6300 range, IMO.
Unless there is a $200 cartridge on there.:D

You haven't seen recent 6300 prices? in that condition it would CL at an opening of over 5 bills if the seller did his homework.

I just don't understand those taxed units at all when folks can get much better for less. Sometimes saying the name when folks ask whatchewgot is worth the extra coin, bills, large ones in this case.

I had both the 6300 and 6100.Sold the 6100 for $125 about six years ago.Sold the 6300 for way less than I should have($500 for a nice example and a wood cased 2330b).It was right before the Marantz tts really took off.Marantz tts were always too clunky in their operation for me.The prices are purely tax as there are way better for the price the Marantz bring.

Lots of new user are going for looks instead of performance.

Most with wooden/wood look alike base are in higher demand.

They mostly want to "match the vintage look" turn table to their vintage wooden case receivers/display furniture. :dunno:

Try the 6320. On/Off switch and speed selection (with adjustment) nothing to be clunky. Gotta supply your own tonearm, though. Mine had a Magnepan arm. It now resides on a KD-600 a real tt not an objet d'art.

Don't need to see them. I had a 6300 and IMO, it's not worth $500. Guess the guy I sold mine to scored.

With 800 being an opening for a very sweet 6300, I don't need em either. Seem to be a 250 performance level/overall build table based on the going tts for 150-300. Used to be a 200 value but all tts have gone up in the last year or two.
