I love old stuff
I had a 20 minute walk to the highway. Then an hour ride on a school bus. Psycological and physical abuse on the bus. More of that at school except adult teachers also delt out the abuse. Then back on the bus.
This was my high school life from 7:10am till 5:20pm every day. Fun!!!!
Man I miss those times!
I was subject of abuse too. But very few times phyiscal... more of psycholical one. Luckly, I din't ride with the bad mates on the tram (streetcar) and bus.
But I have some funny memoryes too. I done some stupyd things - especially at the Romanian lessons (man, that she teacher was so boring); I talled the teacher that I feel sorry for what I did. :thumbsdn:
One day, at a Romanian lesson I was bored so I took a lighter and I turned on fire a pice of paper and throu it in the desk. I did this before... only this time the desk turned on fire... This is one of the most bad things that I done in high-school years. The others: I smoked (I never went drunked at high-school, only at History Faculty I done this a few times) and starting with the 10th grade I start missing lessons (before that I never done that). The missing was a bad habbit, 'cause I practice it often (especially at Romanian, Physics and Chemistry lessons (classe)). At Chemistry we barly had 4 experiments in 4 years... so it was really boring.
Since I was at in industrial high-school we had some practice period. We wehere split into to groups and mixed with the same class that we studyed English/French. One day, a teacher talled the students from the other group to wire a wire "spiră lângă spiră (helix near helix)" and the guys and girl from my class started reapting "spiră lângă spiră".
At one such practice hour I set an M.A.V.O. (Multi Ampermetru Voltemtru Ohmetru) for measurig the intensity of the electric curent from the plug. I knew that a resistance must be put in series with the Apermeter. But I thought that that thing haves inside resistances... so I insterted te 2 pins into the socket... and buuum! Luckly, I dind't broken anything. And darn, I didn't insert the 2 pins into the 24 Volts socket... I got it into the 220 Volts socket.
