Microphone Repair Help

Dynamic microphones should be lower than 10KΩ, usually less than 1KΩ, so likely your microphone capsule is dead.

Unless that's a condenser/electret, I'm not sure what these should look like with an ohmmeter. However there's usually more circuitry involved with these and not just a transformer.
 
Capsule open reading in a dynamic mic, means the wire is cut. If it's cut or broken outside the coil and you can locate the fail, you can solder it or solder a bridge. If the wire is damaged inside the coil, it's not possible to fix it.
