My turntable Mits LT-30 plays great until it gets to about half the album and it stops, any ideas.

What stops happening, exactly?

Basically the tone arm stops at the middle of the record.

First, replace tracking belt, just a bit of light machine oil on motor shaft at bearing behind belt pully. Clean arm carriage rails and check rollers for crud.

Hi, I fixed the issue, it was a wire getting stuck on the board that connects the output cables.
