Hi
I've been using a Mitsubishi family stereo (now mine) since 1990. Over time, I have acquired four power meters (DA-M10). From day one they would work/not work intermittently. It was always the level meters that fail. Volume, speaker selector and X1/X0.1 button work flawlessly and never fail. I've had technicians "repair" them only to have a channel drop out again -- usually after a couple of months. I've tried the basics (toggling the X1/X0.1 button, lowering/raising the volume via the controls on the meter, toggling the side button that allows you to pick the amplifier you are pairing it with) but they are never consistent for long.
I'm trying to finish off my stereo project I started after retiring but after servicing two of my power meters, one has started misbehaving again a couple of weeks ago.
Has anyone found a solution that works? I'm guessing no but it doesn't hurt to ask. Checked this post (https://audiokarma.org/forums/threads/mitsubishi-da-m10-replacement-meter.896618/) which doesn't leave me too hopeful.
