Cards rookie pitcher Michael Wacha misses a no hitter against the Nats when Ryan Zimmerman gets an infield single with 2 outs in the 9th. Cards win 2-0.

Reds lose and fall 3'games back. Pirates are winning.
 
TBS will broadcast tonight's Rays/Rangers elimination game. Let the playoffs begin. This and the NCAA basketball tournament are my favorite times of the sports year.

Thanks for posting about the game being on TBS. I thought I was going to have to listen on the radio. And I am with you on favorite times of the sports year.
 
The crowd in Pittsburgh is really jacked up, and they'll pop a gasket if the Pirates win tonight, and, I hope they do. Exciting stuff, this playoff baseball.
 
I turned to watch the pregame and all I got is a black screen that said the channel will be back on shortly. At 7:05 still the same. I called my cable provider and they no longer carry Turner channels, due to a price increase that cable refuses to pay. I am going to cancel tomorrow and will give them an assload as to why.

Total bullshit by both Turner and Cable One. I will just go back to satellite. This really pisses me off.

That's just wrong. You need to act fast, as TBS has exclusive rights to something like the first 22 games, at a minimum. One option might be to buy into the streaming at MLB.com, given they will also be airing all games there, which is likely.

edit: good news. All games will be streamed live at TBS.com

update: you will be unable to access the TBS stream, but streaming of all post season play at MLB.tv is only $4.95, which sounds more than reasonable, given your circumstance.

GO BLUE, GO Dodgers! Have faith, Kershaw and Grienke will do their share, our bats have to be there and smoking. I am a bit worried about Puig, he's got to concentrate on getting contact, not swing for the fences or reaching for the outside pitch.

Very important to make the opposing pitchers go deeper into the count, and seek your pitch - wait for the right pitch to swing at. In baseball, patience at batting is key, go with the pitch and use the entire field.

I called my cable provider today and told them to shut my service off Friday. I am getting Dish Network installed that morning at 10am. Not only will I get more channels including TBS, but will save $90 a month. ****'m!
