Mlb 2013

Got my Dish setup this morning, located TBS and crap, they aren't televising the Cards/Pirates game. Did a little searching and saw it is going to be on the MLB channel. Hey, I get that channel with Dish.

Tigers start tonight.

Really been disappointed with tv coverage. Couldn't watch the indians/rays game the other night. Couldn't find it anywhere.

I can't. :thumbsdn: I don't have MLB network .

MLB really, really, really needs instant replay. It's absurd when such critical games as these hinge on calls that could be accurate and correct, and sometimes they aren't.

Cole pitched a great game today. With Liriano scheduled to start game 3, it looks good for the Pirates. Liriano has shut down the Cards everytime this year. Kelly is a good young Cardinal arm who is very capable of doing the same to the Pirates. Game 3 should be a great game.

correct-o. Had a lot of chances, couldn't get the ball out of the infield to even get a sac fly. Lot of double plays to kill rallies.

Oh well, time to gear up for Sunday at Dodger Stadium, should be rockin out there.

Tense game going into the top of the ninth in Pittsburgh. The Cards have 3 outs to get at least two runs, we'll see. Good stuff.

Game 3 of the Cards/Pirates was a great game. Let's see how the Cards respond in a must win situation. I know the Bucs will be just as determined.

Ryu implodes while Dodger bats explode.
Hanley the Manley and crew go sort of berserk with timely help of Capuccino:)

I'm thinking that Ryu will get lots of practice on his defensive skills in the off season and in spring training. That was crazy to watch.

The Cards squeaked through a tight spot to force a 5th game. It was a close, close game, pitched remarkably well by both teams.

Bad news for Atlanta. Clayton Kershaw will start tonight for the Dodgers. Not good to be facing the best pitcher in the game in what is potentially an elimination for them. We'll see.

22 year old rookie Michael Wacha pitched a great playoff game on the road. He was the Cards 1st pick in last years draft and a year later won a huge game. I think this kid is gonna be a special pitcher if he can stay healthy. He was pulled in the 8th and was replaced by 22 Rookie Martinez who had a huge strikeout in the 8th. 23 year old Rosenthal closed out the 9th. Cards have a bunch of really promising young arms, which makes their future look pretty good.

Gave 5 Wednesday back in St. Louis. Wainright will throw for the Cards, hasn't been announced for sure who the Pirates will throw. Either way it should be a goodun.

On 3 days rest. Smart move?

I believe this would be Kershaws shortest rest ever, especially after 120 pitches.
I'd rather see Nolasco start, see how he performs, then bust a move.
I guess Mattingly wants to go all in get it done-did.
I need to take a short hike before game time:)
