Living my second childhood and just getting back into the hifi game. I recently purchased a pair of Monitor Audio Silver RS8's (love em so far). I'm driving them bi-wired with a Denon AV receiver that I've had forever (AVR-2400- 75wpc at 6ohms bi-wired) and want to get into a decent starter 2-channel set up. Right now my primary listening source is Qobuz over bluetooth via a rocketfish. I'd like to stay below $600 at this point. Could really use some help. Lot's of new/used integrated amp options that push 50 wpc that leave me confused... would a Rega Brio (or some similar animal) be that much of an upgrade from what I currently have? OR... should I be scouring the earth for Adcom, Nad, or parasound amp and preamp and worry about DAC's and such later. Appreciate anyone who's bored and would like to give me some direction.
