most creative album covers

[CSCHOEN]

Any of the Neon Park Little Feat covers are pretty entertaining. Where else would you ever see George Washington and Marilyn Monroe out cruising the mountainside in a storm? Hoy Hoy!

Great album as well!

I am new here. I have many albums as I am old. I have all THE TAMS and all THE BEATLES mounted on the walls of my basement as I am a RedNeck. I guess they are worth more than my house. When your record player needle costs more than your truck, intervention might be in order so don't tell the Bride.

[Man in Cave]

Yes: Close To the Edge, has been a favorite since high school.

The best album cover ever. Look closely to the left of the dugout. That's the band.

I'm going to guess that this has already been mentioned before, but all of the Blue Note covers designed by Reid Miles! I'm s graphic designer myself and this guy is one of my biggest influences. There's something about this type of design that's basically just images and type that when it's done well I find to be amazing. He definitely knew how to say a lot with very few elements...

I suppose the most creative might be Acquiring the Taste, but my favorite of these album covers is easily Equinox.
