Motorola SH18N Tube Phonograph Restoration - a little help?

I recently picked up Motorola record player in great cosmetic condition, not sure about the record player yet, and the amp is going to need a lot of work. I haven't played with one of these guys before so I'm hoping for a little help along the way so I don't destroy the poor thing. I've only just started to pull the player and I'm seeing two wiring connections underneath that I'd like some advice in disconnecting before trying maximum effort.

The connection between the amp and the turntable, silver/black, does that simply pull apart, do I have to pry back the tabs first, or is this a one-time connector that doesn't come apart again?

The grey speaker connector at the base of the record player, looks like it should just pull out? But if so, it's frozen in place. Any recommendations for taking this off?

Should just unplug, but its probably going to be a bit stuck after 60 odd years. You may need to wiggle a flat something in there to help gently pry it apart. Rock the two ends of the connector, it should help.

Same with the twin RCA plug under the turntable. Mark that for orientation, it looks like it could be plugged in either way. Not the end of the world, just the L and R end up reversed.
