mtx soundcraftsmen s800 bridging kit

I want to bridge my s800 amp, but the manual says it needs a bridging kit. Does anyone have one of these? A schematic would be nice. CAn I bridge this amp without a kit. What exactly would the kit do?

It simply inverts the polarity of one of its outputs.

Then you connect the speaker across the + outputs and it acts like a 240 volt power line, both speaker wires are hot.
