Hey, I am friends with John Fred of BSC, and his father, Richard, as well. I'm better friends with Greg Martin, guitarist for the Kentucky Headhunters, but those boys are locals, and we love 'em all. Saw their very first gig in Glasgow, Ky, back in 2004, I believe, at A MEXICAN RESTAURANT.

Good fellas.

I own SIX of the NINE pictured here.

The Oberlin was VERY damaged, very dirty. Did all I could to it. When I finally used ultrasonic on it, it became not only listenable, but rather good.

Scrub them records. If they don't sound good, keep scrubbing. Sometimes, they improve.

Love Jazz at Oberlin, great album. Mine is a 1958 reissue.
The original 1953 version(s), came in several colors.
Violet, green, red, blue in translucent vinyl.

For the (ahem) record, I have yet to list nine albums at FB, but here, well, maybe I will, cuz it's AK, my only lasting online social place.
 
This is what I am listening to and my current favorites. I can only listen to an album so many time, and my “greatest albums” would look a lot like some of these but it took about six months for me to never want to hear Stairway to Heaven or the unnamed Zeppelin album after it was released to get throughly burned out on it.

Love Björk too! I had made a Björk set.
Along with sets with Beth Orton, Barbra Streisand, Lucinda Williams, Madonna, Olivia Newton-John.
I can make one for Suzanne Vega, have enough albums of hers.
Tried making one for Linda Ronstadt, but I had to many to pick from.

I have that upper left Bjork pic on my "Bjork on a spork" comedy prop.

Oddly, most people think it's Michael Jackson, when I show it off.

Gonna have to find a more Bjork-y pic I guess. Kinda ruins the joke.

I'm thinking the swan dress session is probably a good choice.
