No thanks I lived it one afternoon at my cousins wedding.
Barefoot bride and bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen in jeans, white shirts, cowboy hats and really big belt buckles. They enjoyed it so i guess that all that matters, just not my cup of tea.

I've seen it a couple of times. First time I thought it was funny, but the second episode just kind of made me cringe. They just didn't seem to get the joke, it was all taken so seriously that I kind of felt sad for them, and hoped that people from other countries were not receiving this show on their satellite dishes.
I can understand having a "Theme" wedding, but these people were treating the event like it was a presidential inauguration! I can see wanting to hold on to some of your southern customs and traditions, but please, get a grip! The war is over, and the North won! Relax and have fun!
I do not see the charm of mud wrestling, or having the entire bridal party enter the hoe-down on quads, but I guess if that's the kind of "Fun" the family and guests enjoy, then grease up a pig and go nuts! I'll just raise my Ball canning jar full of shine, and make a toast to the newlyweds!
