My Grant Fdelity system.

Very nice looking system you have there...that last pic is very nice. Looks good at the top and bottom, left and right. Especially the right :D.
 
Yeah the RBS-1 has been tune by Ian Grant preference. I wont answer for him since his knowledge is beyond mine.

I'm very lucky to live not more than 5 minutes away from Grants retail store. I've been in there, listened to a whole bunch of speakers and various tube amps. I know nothing about the technical specs of the drivers, but I can attest to them sounding fantastic.

Also, I will vouch for his great prices. The service would also be great too as one can tell when you meet him in person, he's a very knowledgeable and friendly person.

BTW, I'm not affiliated with him, I'm just passing on my impressions.

I met Ian and Rachel for the first time last year at SSI in Montreal. That was after the show i started to look for a system from GF. I was that impress by the sound of those RBS-1.

Both has been really nice and the service is topnoch. I am not affiliated either, but i am more that satisfied from A to Z. :thmbsp:
 
komoyuki, what camera and lens are you using? I used to do concert photography on film (Cannon A-1) and have never been able get my head around digital cameras, but got a Cannon EOS T3i with the standard lens for Xmas from Rachel, hoping I can get close to the pictures you have taken !, they are really nice.

I got a Sony DSC-WX7. Nice little compact cameras. Only con is the dark shots. I've receive it last week so i haven't took the time to explore it.

What do you think of the Grant AC cords and power treatment? Those are products I've looked at before and been considering buying.
 
I must be getting old. The first thing I noticed was the hockey game on the TV, then I noticed the nice legs. Nice set up....the stereo, I mean. :)

Everything is more open, better soundstage. For the price, one of the best upgrade i bought so far. Worth it. Not many add a good power conditionner on thier system that worth lot of money.
 
Thank you guys it's appreciated. I really enjoy the music and every single cd now sound different from what i remember. I listing now to some kind of music i wasn't use to listing only because it sound so good now :)

Haha this has got to be my favorite Member's Systems quote ever. From it's punctuationless-ness to the fact it mentioned nothing about the stereo.

Great set-up, the Jenga style integrated rack looks good and those monitors are very classy. That couch looks like an A+ listening spot as well.
