My Marantz 2230 is missing the outer silver button on the power switch. Can't seem to find a replacement of the right size to fit the switch shaft. Any recommends for the size to get?

Is it the larger green switch actuator? I have some old ones from replacing those switches that you can have for the cost of postage. Best if you could measure that actuator with a dial caliper or at least eyeball it with a ruler (better in mm).

Here's some pics. It is square. I was going to replace the whole switch, with new cap but it is working, so rather wait. Some have a spring that sits behind the cap. Don't know if that makes a difference. PM sent.

Nope, replace the whole switch.

It's gonna fail! Not a matter of if but when - They all do, 2230/45/70.

Give that faceplate some love too....
