This refurbished DP2500 is one of those UFO turntables I lusted over back in the 80's in college. Finally decided to upgrade from my JVC QLA-200.

This thing is a beast and in mint condition. Using a Music Hall Melody cartridge and will have an LP Gear Vivid Line stylus for it next week. I also have an Orotofon OM10 I will have in another headshell to use as well.

"Smooth Charlene"! "This is my Table, there are many like it, but this one's mine!" LOL
I gots me mine, two very clean like new DP-2550, one with Luxman TA-1 Arm, and the other with a custom fitted Audioquest PT-8 Arm.

I know firsthand, these Tables can provide some beautiful analog music, fitted with the right Cartridge and setup, and a nice Phono Stage. Yeah, might think I'm nuts, with a $2K-$3K Cartridge, and a $2K-$5K Phono Stage.

Nope, my two aren't going anywhere. Just hope all the internal electronics hold up.

Got my LP Gear shibata stylus for the AT3600. Initial impressions are that it's darn good. Tracking at 2g and it passed my Shure ERA III test record, didn't mistrack at level 5 and just a hair of harshness at that level.

Trying to resurrect this thread by posting pictures of the UFO sighting today in the living room. Definitely a surprisingly great looking Saucer Spinner and she sounds like she's here to stay. Absolutely welcomed and will be spinned tirelessly. She also landed with some beautiful legs and plugs. Hopefully had her brains updated too. Will be looking under the hood for that in a couple days after a few good spinning sessions. She said I can return her back to space within 3 months if she malfunctions. Sounds like a great deal.
