Nad 6300 play issues.

So I've got my hands on a 6300, with some issues.
1: It wouldn't wind or play for more than a few seconds.
Found a thread with same issue, suggesting to check the Diode 709,,I'll think. It was broke, changed it and it could wind the whole tape, but stop playing after few seconds.
2: changed the reel motor, due to the known weakness. And somehow play. And stops again.
Strange though when tape monitor activated, it continue playing, as soon as I deactivate tape monitor it stops.

3: also found 4 wires that's been cut off, not sure what they have been there for. No loose ends other places. Shown on picture.

Not good with reading schematic so not sure what to look for.

Seems like as soon as it gets signal, vu meter reads out it just stops

As I can recon, to make it short.
It plays cassettes to the end if there's no signal out, or when VU meter not responding. As soon vu meter start lightening up it stops...
Any hints are much appreciated

Cheers

New issue.
Will not wind or start play.
Happened after 30 minutes of recording.
Activate play only gives a short spin, even not try to raise the heads...
