NC Gathering at Homer's House of Speakers Maech 10th

Cassette Decks: Both need belts and expected service
Sansui SC3100G
Sansui SC5100

Reel to Reel:
Akai M-8 start cap for motor is bad, has built in tube amp for each channel

Turntables:
Pioneer PL-520 x2 both will not hold a constant speed
Dual 506 needs drive belt and pitch belt
Sony PS-FL9 linear tracking skip functions Ortofon cart one channel has very low output
 
If I can make it down, I would be happy to bring a McIntosh MX-110 and MC-225 as well as a Homebrew ST-70 running EL-34's for some variety. Maybe a Marantz 19 Receiver also for SS listening.

Will advise later next week after I get a schedule on my trip.

I have a payment plan for those who are short of cash now but anticipate funds coming in within 90 days. 30% down and equal payments every 30 days for 3 months.

Sounds like a great idea. Have to work Sat. morning, but may be able to drive down from Winston-Salem for the afternoon. When do the festivities start and when will the neighbors kick us out?:beer:

Macaltec had inquired aboth the Heatkit Altec AS-21 speakers. I would much rather someone purchase them who wants the complete set-up as opposed to taking them out of the cabinets.

I would be happy to finance them for anyone truly interested that is fairly close by so no shipping is involved.
