Hmmmmm.....
I hadn't really thought much about trading... However, I have a bunch of stuff in the stack I don't really want...Such as:
Pioneer CT-7272 Cassette deck. Doesn't fully engage in play but looks otherwise intact...
JVC KD-85 Cassette deck. Has the ARNS noise reduction system. Rewinds and fast forwards, but doesn't play. Looks to have some leaky caps on at least one of the boards...
Infinity SL-20 bookshelf speakers...If you like the Insignia's, these IMHO, are definitely better....
JBL G500 double 8" woofer black Towers. Yeah, most of the JBL snobs will turn their noses up at these ones, but ask Homer who's heard them, you really have to listen to them, 'cause they're pretty nice sounding speakers...
I might consider trading my "new" pristine Pioneer SX-828 for the right item, but it might take quite a bit to pry it out of my fingers....Same goes for the Akai A-450 with the weak Left channel, but absolutely mint otherwise. Even the dust cover is unscratched....Last but not least would be a set of DCM TF-600's Time Frames...Couple of small holes in one of the grillcovers, but otherwise very nice....Let me know if anyone's interested.....
I almost forgot. I have an antique tube tester that is the old cabinet type that you used to find in every drugstore and hardware place. It's got a zillion sockets for testing, but as far as I can tell, it's just a continuity tester, and really is more of a collector's piece. It's got a big door in front, and 3-4 plastic trays for the tubes for sale....It's definitely on the block....On the other hand, anyone want to bring down a conductance tube tester???
