Audio Classics and McIntosh Audio are the two outlets for such. Both are common replacements so you have a good chance that either has them in stock. Short of that, Mc still produces both but the wait can be long ...

There's a separate McIntosh forum here at AK. Also, typically, WTB items are posted in Barter Town, which will require a subscription to AK but is well worth it for older gear.
