Hello sir! And thank you for your patience with my long overdue response (been busy getting ready to go back to grad school in a few weeks)
Excited to report back that 02 on the power board was exactly what I needed - I jumped that to the appropriate spot on the AM dial, then that to the FM dial, then that to the negative of the rear quad meters (which are wired backwards from the front) - I also cut the wire between the FM dial and the indicator light so the FM indicator does not stay on unless set to FM.
And because I like the little red light as well, (though not accurate to function) I jumped the stereo light to be on all the time, technically accurate to all functions except from the tuner but super easy to un-do if ever needed.
Sounds unbelievably good - easily comparable to my fully rebuilt 9090. When I have time one day I’ll likely go through and rebuild the driver, quad, and pre amp boards as well. Thank you again for your help!
