Need PCB Software Advice

WinXP is a problem with using current S/w
the software the OP is using is compatible for his xp operating system. xp is still used by many as a stand alone tech o/s. As you can see in the list I posted tech apps are still avail.

Just curious.. how and what did you fill in the mill cut lettering w/black ?

The markings are filled with oil-based enamel paint. I apply enough so it puddles and flows into the engravings, then I remove the excess from the surface. Just to be clear, these panels aren't raw aluminum. I apply a brushed finish after they're engraved, then I clear anodize them. The anodized surface is very hard, and it protects them from scratches and fingerprints. Filling the markings is the last step in the process.

Just one more photo of the project. Hope I'm not boring everyone. This shows the new PCB mounted on the underside of one of the two monoblock power supply plates. This PCB holds the rectifiers for the bias supply and the first filter caps. Output is -80V and -165V. There will be more filtering on a vertical panel spanning the rear of this plate. The turret board to the left of this PCB will hold rectifiers for the driver and for the output tube HV (+1KV).
