Need Tips on adding Bluetooth (vintage conversions)

You can put the little DIY module about anywhere. I put this in a Magnavox boombox, cassette deck was trashed anyway so I powered the module from the motor circuit, input through the tape head circuit with an eq. matching circuit. Just punch the "tape" button and it powers up and plays through the box. Boomboxmods.JPG

Also made a portable receiver, rechargeable Li-ion battery( run it about forever) and put the whole outfit in a plastic case.

This is great! That boombox mod is exactly the kind of thing I'm talking about (I was starting to think nobody else was doing this!). My big question....how, in the boombox mod, did you identify the tape head circuit? I was able to complete my mod on that old tube radio because finding an 'input' was easy...just the volume knob input. On something with a PCB, it seems like it'll be alot harder. That's my next hill to climb, as I've got a solid state unit waiting for me to begin..but I'm not sure how to locate a place to insert my bluetooth connection. Any advice?
