considering this is a custom jobbie, i'm going to hazard a guess that no such place exists, unless cost is really no object. i've only read about a few places that rewind transformers period, and i suspect they have a backlog. which piece is this for?

Being a hamradio operator that operates vintage tube type equipment replacement transformers are all but impossible to get we frequently have transformers rewound. Here is the most popular outfit that does this. I should note that at least for the 50, 60, 70 year old transformers we have rewound they are much, much better the the originals. However I don't think two weeks is in the cards here.

P.S. I just noted TRS is popular with the Macintosh crowd.

I past years I have had work done by Peter W. Dahl, Co. Dahl used to rewind transformers I just don't know if they do anymore after they where purchased by Harbach Electronics.

Its for a Nautel Non-Directional Beacon for the FAA. They have a backlog of a year to buy a new one, so boss told me to see if i can find a place to rewind it.

Its a 220v 16 tap. Rather large.
